First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your continued support. Thanks to you, we’ve been able to create a thriving marketplace for returned e-commerce goods right here in San Antonio. Your loyalty and participation on a weekly basis have been the cornerstone of our success, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without you.

As many of you know, the nature of our business comes with its challenges, and it’s been a tough journey to get to where we are now. We’ve seen many other auctions, who started around the same time as us, unfortunately close their doors. We are committed to ensuring that doesn’t happen to us.

However, we are facing an economic reality that we can no longer ignore. Inflation has significantly driven up the costs of key elements essential to our operations—especially warehouse rent and insurance. Despite our best efforts to absorb these rising costs, the current economic environment requires us to make a necessary adjustment.

To maintain the sustainability of our business and continue serving the San Antonio Metro area, we must introduce a small fee of $2 per item won. This decision was not made lightly. My team and I have worked tirelessly to reduce expenses wherever possible, striving to minimize the impact on you, our valued customers. It’s important to note that our competitors have also had to introduce similar fees, many at $3 per item. We’ve made every effort to keep our fee as low as possible to continue providing you with the best value.

Please be assured that we will continue to do everything in our power to ensure this fee remains as low as possible, and we are committed to preventing any further increases for the foreseeable future.
