Shipping Policy for PAOTexas
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will notify you of any delays.
2. Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
• Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
• Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
3. Local Pickup
For customers in the San Antonio area, we offer local pickup from our warehouse. Pickup is available on:
• Fridays and Saturdays, 9 AM – 6 PM
Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and you will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your package using the provided link.
6. Shipping Damages
PAOTexas is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping areas in the future.
