No, delivery services are not something that we offer at this time. Customers are responsible for making accommodations to pick up your items on our pickup days. WE WILL NOT DELIVER OR MAIL ANY ITEMS.
At the end of the online auction, everyone will be checked out automatically using the credit card on file.
If you did not receive an emailed invoice and your credit card was not charged, then you were outbid and therefore, did not win. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email and credit card to see if they won items at the auction.
We will be carrying a wide range of brands, including Target-branded products such as Hearth and Hand™ and Project 62™, as well as Costco-branded products like Kirkland™. We will continue to add and remove brands as we work with suppliers.
We're selling these items at a discount because they're overstock. As a liquidator, our aim is to quickly clear out excess items, so all sales are final. We understand this is different from regular stores. Thanks for understanding and for the opportunity to offer you great deals!

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
We currently have two days available for pickup. Those pickup days are the following:
Friday 9am to 9pm
Saturday 9am to 6pm
PRODUCT
Some items may be sealed in original factory packaging. However, many are not new. Our auctioned items are a variety of returns in various conditions.
Power cords are not guaranteed. (We may have a cord/charger for you to test the item to make certain it charges/powers on, however, we do not guarantee that we will have your cord.) It would be in your best interest to bring a cord with you on pick-up day. You will need to purchase the cord/chargers from a retail store. This is not our responsibility.
Our auction has contracts in place with the largest retailers. We help companies liquidate their returns while giving our customers a great deal.
All orders that are not picked up will be forfeited along with payment. If two unpaid invoices are active on an account your account will be disabled until the balance is settled.
We expect our customers to do their homework prior to making their bids. We currently don’t have the infrastructure or manpower to take back a large number of returns based on customers’ mistakes. Once a bid has been placed, you are promising to pay for the item, otherwise, someone else could have won the item. We MUST make all bids final to keep the auction running smoothly on a weekly basis for all of our customers.
All Items that are out of the box are being sold PHYSICALLY AS IS. We will try to take several pictures of the item. Please make sure to look at all pictures before bidding.
We are an auction house that sells new and used items. The majority of our items are in great working condition but some may have imperfections. We are NOT responsible for dents, scratches, blemishes, discoloration, missing parts & accessories.
All items not picked up in the allotted time (pick-up days are Sunday and Monday following the auction) will be forfeited. You will still be charged. We do not have the space to store orders for an indefinite time. We hope to offer additional pickup days in the future, however at the current time we do not have the staff to support additional pickup days.
These products are guaranteed to be brand new. Unlike the auction which comes in a variety of returned e-commerce products.
